Kilima Camp is about 270 km distance from Nairobi and it will take you about six hours depending on the weather and the road conditions.

Leave Nairobi on the Waiyaki Way.

At the end of the dual carriage way, turn left to Mahi Mahiu and descend the escarpment road. On reaching the floor of the Rift Valley, turn left and head for Narok town.

Depart Narok towards Bomet. Follow the road for 32 km, past the town of Ololunga then take next turn off to the left at a sign - Masai Mara, Mara Serena or at the following sign - Olerai Farm.

 Follow the murrum road for 80 km towards Mararienda and Mara bridge, always following signs to Kichwa Tembo or Mara Serena. Cross the bridge. At Kichwa Tembo, turn right and climb the Siria escarpment, direction Kilima Camp, Mara Siria and Mpata (sign boards). After the dam on the right hand side, take the first right turn into Kilima Camp.
